In the three years that Mary Beth has worked for TANO in her present position, she has grown membership from a handful to 800 members spread across Texas. One way she accomplished this was by extensive traveling – to meet nonprofit personnel face-to-face instead of connecting in a more non-personal way. She is passionate about helping nonprofits in Texas continue to grow stronger – by giving on-site trainings and hosting webinars covering numerous topics.  Her energy is unparalleled, her enthusiasm contagious, and her commitment are genunine.
Cheryl Black, Vice President Finance and Planning at United Way Greater Austin

Mary Beth brings enthusiasm, passion, creativity and organization to the work of nonprofit training and management. She supervised the expansion of a nonprofit training program for organizations serving veterans and launched a certificate program for these groups. Mary Beth is one of the best trainers and presenters I have ever worked with and is highly engaging. I would strongly recommend her for any organization!
